Quick, easy, healthy & delicious food workshop
Going back to basics – this Food First workshop showcases food preparation in its simplest and most nutritious form, tasting delicious and doing you good! All food will be wheat-free and some will also be gluten-free or dairy-free.
Where: Lucy Cooks Cookery School, Staveley
When: Sunday, 29th January, 2-4
How much: only £20 per head for adults, £10 for school children and students (or special offer of £10 to Ladies First attendees back in September!)
Nutritional Therapist Abby Harman says “with so much information at your fingertips, it’s easy to get distracted by specific nutrients… “this may improve your health, this may give you more energy, this may increase your sports performance”… that we can forget about what simply sits in front of us on our plate.
“This is a practical workshop designed to provide a wealth of new recipe ideas to take home and try. Simplicity is the key, we recognise how busy people are these days!” adds Abby.
The Food First workshop will be conducted by MBA’s award winning chef and hosted by Abby who will explain the connection between the foods and their benefits. There will be the opportunity to get stuck in and of course, lots of delicious samples to taste!
