Optimal Sport Performance Consultation

An all-in-one comprehensive and personalised consultation involving a full case history, review of current training schedule, performance matrix biomechanical assessment and goal evaluation.  You will first see Alison Bloxham for your assessment, then both Abby Harman and Ailsa Finlayson will be present for your consult covering both Functional Sports Nutrition & Biomechanics.  The first phase of a training, biomechanics and nutritional programme will be prescribed.  We believe this is the optimal option for getting the very best results.  The consultation will be face-to-face at our clinic in Staveley, nr Kendal.

What to expect

Your first assessment will be with Alison Bloxham who will conduct the Performance Matrix Biomechanical Assessment, who will feedback the results to Ailsa, ready for your first Biomechanical Training.

When you book your initial consultation with Abby & Ailsa, we will send you a Welcome Pack that includes:

• a health appraisal and sports training form
• a medical symptoms questionnaire
• a lifestyle analysis
• a food and lifestyle diary

These must be completed and brought with you to the consultation.  If you have a training schedule, please bring this too.  The consultation will consist of:

• Thorough case-taking and aims
• Bio-Impedance Analysis (modern technology to assess cellular health, fat mass, muscle mass, cellular hydration) and waist circumference measurement.  Data from this analysis will be logged and recorded over time to measure progress. 
• Review of Performance Matrix Biomechanical Assessment results and first phase of training/biomechanics prescription
• Booking of continuation reviews.
