Sports PerformanceWhere some sports professionals teach skills and techniques for your chosen sport, we teach body optimisation for every sport… ie how to make your body work and function to the best of its ability so that you can gain more from your technique and skills. We do this with Biomechanics and Nutrition and the techniques we use are suitable for all levels of sporting ability… from new (and sometimes reluctant!) starters to recreational, competitive and elite athletes.

Food is not just your body's fuel.  It’s the bricks and mortar too.  Poor quality food leads to poor quality tissue and inefficient energy production which leads to faster fatigue, slower recovery and increased risk of injury.
