“I asked Abby to help me improve my energy and concentration levels. She spent a lot of time going through my medical history and eating patterns before coming up with a plan for me. After 2 months of mostly sticking to it, I am feeling much better with no more energy crashes . On days when I’m disorganised and don’t eat properly I can really feel a negative impact. The most impressive quality of Abby’s work is her ability to explain the complex science behind the effects that different food groups have on the body in very simple terms. Understanding what’s going on makes eating properly far easier. Her positive attude is really inspiring and I think anybody would benefit from her expertise.”

"I joined the Gym last September and spent some time working out. After a few months and nearing my 40th I decided there were some things I wanted to achieve before my birthday in the August.
Before I went to see Ailsa I felt tired had dull skin and not much energy. Since working with Ailsa Im now full of energy have brighter skin and feel fitter than ever not only that but im a size 12, and can run! The best part about working with Ailsa is that she can always answer what ever you ask her I just listen and take all the advice she gives!"

"I felt slightly nervous about going to see Ailsa to be honest, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The first session was more about getting to know me and very little training, or so I thought. I learnt some things about me I never even realised.
There are so many different sessions and they are all fun. I have so much more energy and motivation in my life. Ailsa and I really worked on the life / work balance and I'm feeling the benefits physically and mentally and reaping the rewards already.
I like to know the ins and outs of everything I do, Ailsa picked up on this straight away and explains the reasons for all our sessions and what we aim towards in that area for next time. I like the variety of sessions and its different every time. It's now a way of life for me and I find it hard to remember why I was like I was before I started.
I never weighed myself before I started, I never used to weigh myself anyway, too embarrassed, but I must have lost 7 stone and gone from a 46 to a 34 trouser size. My friends and family have noticed a real change in me, I'm walking tall and have a better posture I feel so much more confident in myself and have a renewed energy that easily powers me through any situation life has to throw at me. I've now stopped smoking after nearly 20 years and I wouldn't have even dreamed of it without all this training. I never thought getting fit and healthy would be so rewarding, I'm loving every minute.
If you have ever wanted to start training, Ailsa is definitely the place to start. It's not only about losing weight or getting fit, its everything that goes with it, your mental attitude and the balance of areas in your life. She covers all these and more."
